• General description: Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 104 (CCDC104) is a widely expressed uncharacterized protein, which is localized predominantly to nucleus, and is also found in cytoplasm. It is composed of a coiled-coil region in its C-terminal, followed by two α-helices and a BART (binder of Arl2) domain in the N-terminal.
