Description
- General description: Tapasin (TPN or TPSN) is also known as NGS-17, TAP-associated protein and TAP-binding protein. Tapasin plays a role in MHC class I peptide loading and assembly, and is involved in associating MHC class I with transporter associated with antigen processing (TAP). Tapasin is found in neutrophils, predominantly within fully differentiated cells.
- Specificity: This antibody recognizes the Lumenal domain of Tapasin.
- Immunogen: Linear peptide corresponding to human Tapasin.
- Application: Detect Tapasin using this rat monoclonal antibody, Anti-Tapasin Antibody, clone 7F6 validated for use in western blotting & Flow Cytometry.
