- General description: Monoclonal Anti-SNX6 (mouse IgA isotype) is derived from the hybridoma SNX6-76 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice.
- Application: Monoclonal Anti-SNX6 antibody produced in mouse has been used in immunoblotting and ELISA.
- Biochem/physiol Actions: SNX6 (sorting nexin 6) helps in retrograde trafficking of the cation-independent mannose-6-phosphate receptor (CI-MPR) and sortilin. Interaction of SNX6 with breast cancer metastasis suppressor-1 induces transcriptional repression. It helps in the synthesis of lamin A and its transportation to the nuclear envelope .
- Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
