Description
- General description: Gasdermin A (GSDMA) is located at 17q21.1 on the human chromosome. Its molecular weight is 49 kDa. GSDMA is localized in the pit cells of the gastric epithelium.
- Biochem/physiol Actions: Gasdermin A (GSDMA) plays a major role in regulating the tumor growth factor- β (TGF-β) and induces apoptosis. Mutation in this gene leads to gastric adenocarcinoma.
- Physical form: Supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide
