• Specificity: Clone 3N7 is a ZooMAb rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that specifically detects E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ZNF598. It targets an epitope from the internal region.
• Immunogen: His-tagged recombinant fragment corresponding to 250 amino acids from the internal region of human E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ZNF598, isoform 1.

• Target description: E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ZNF598 (UniProt: Q86UK7; also known as EC:2.3.2.27, Zinc finger protein 598) is encoded by the ZNF598 gene (Gene ID: 90850) in human. ZNF598 is a E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that plays a key role in the ribosome quality control (RQC), a pathway that takes place when a ribosome has stalled during translation. It is required for ribosomes to terminally stall during translation of poly(A) sequences by mediating monoubiquitination of 40S ribosomal protein RPS10/eS10, RPS20/uS10 and RPS3/uS3. It also acts as a component of the 4EHP-GYF2 complex, a multiprotein complex that acts as a repressor of translation initiation. ZNF598 has one RING type (aa 29-69) and a C2H2 type (aa 187-210) zinc finger domain. This ZooMAb recombinant monoclonal antibody, generated by our propriety technology, offers significantly enhanced specificity, affinity, reproducibility, and stability over conventional monoclonals. • Physical form: Purified recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody IgG, lyophilized in PBS with 5% Trehalose, normal appearance a coarse or translucent resin. Contains no biocide or preservatives, such as azide, or any animal by-products. Larger pack sizes provided as multiples of 25 μL.
• Reconstitution: 30 μg/mL after reconstitution at 25 μL per vial. Please refer to guidance on suggested starting dilutions and/or titers per application and sample type.
• Storage and Stability: Recommend storage of lyophilized product at 2-8°C; Before reconstitution, micro-centrifuge vials briefly to spin down material to bottom of the vial; Reconstitute each vial by adding 25 μL of filtered lab grade water or PBS; Reconstituted antibodies can be stored at 2-8°C, or -20°C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws.
