• General description: Glacial Acetic Acid is a simple monocarboxylic acid, which is devoid of water.[1] Pharmaceutically, it is commonly used as a topical antibiotic that treats infections caused by bacteria.[2]Pharmaceutical secondary standards for application in quality control, provide pharma laboratories and manufacturers with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to the preparation of in-house working standards.
