- Description: This SF1-1.1.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigen
- H-2Kd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8
- Reactivity to other haplotypes (e.g
- b, j, k, p, q, s, and v) has not been observed
- This monoclonal antibody has been reported to block CD8 involvement in TCR-ligand binding
- Applications Reported: This SF1-1.1.1 antibody has been reported for use in functional assays
- Applications Tested: This SF1-1.1.1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes
- This can be used at less than or equal to 0.125 μg per test
- A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL
- Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test
- It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest
