In direct ELISAs, 50-100% cross-reactivity with recombinant cotton rat, feline, guinea pig, human, mouse, rat TNF-alpha , less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant canine, equine, rhesus TNF-alpha , and no cross-reactivity with recombinant bovine or porcine TNF-alpha is observed.
