- ABS 033-04-02 detects the amidated N-terminus of GLP-1(7-37) and GLP-1(7-36) in human samples
- ABS 033-04-02 has been successfully used in ELISA procedures
- ABS 033-04-02 binds the free N-terminus of GLP-1(7-37) and GLP-1(7-36) amide and shows < 0.2% cross-reactivity with GLP-1(1-37), GLP-1(9-36) amide, glucagon, human GIP and exendin-4
- ABS 033-04-02 cross-reacts approximately 1% with human GLP-2
- Not recommended for sandwich ELISA applications
