Integrin beta 7 is one subunit is a heterodimer which makes up an intergin molecule. In the mouse beta-7 is selectively found on the majority of mature lymphocytes, whereas a small subpopulation of thymocytes and bone marrow cells express beta-7. Beta-7 is also expressed in variable amounts in CD4 T memory cells.
