The epitope recognised by this antibody has been localised to the ligand binding domain within the extracellular region of mouse CDw210a. Mouse CDw210a is expressed by a range of cells including thymocytes, T cells, B cells and monocytes. This clone is reported to neutralize the effects of IL-10 (1).
