Description

  • 1 μg/mL of MA5-27675 was sufficient for detection of LRP4 in 20 μg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody
  • ∣Detects the extracellular domain of LRP4 approximately 215kDa
  • Degradation product can be seen at approximately 150kDa
  • This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family
  • The encoded protein may be a regulator of Wnt signaling
  • Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
