  • Specificity: Specific for the VP40 antigen of the virus

  • The patho-and immuno-genesis of MBG fever have so far been little studied, no specific agents or treatment methods have been developed
  • VP40 is essential for assembly and release of newly copied viruses and also suppresses immune signaling in the infected cell.
