  • Specificity: Specific for the S1 domain of the spike protein of the MERS virus
  • Does not cross react with the SARS Coronavirus
  • Purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody which has been purified from ascites fluid by protein A chromatography
  • The final preparation is formulated to a protein concentration of 100 μg/mL in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 and contains 0.1% sodium azide
  • Each vial contains 1.0 mL
  • This product contains no stabilizing proteins and should be stored at 4C until ready for use
  • Working dilution must be determined by the user
  • Suggested starting ranges are 1:10-1:50 for ICC/IF and 1:20-1:200

  • The S protein plays key parts in the induction of neutralizing-antibody and T-cell responses, as well as protective immunity, during infection with SARS-CoV.
