- In the presence of ZNF335, enhances ligand-dependent transcriptional activity of nuclear hormone receptors, including RARA
- The increase of ligand-dependent ESR1-mediated transcription is much smaller, if any
- Mediates cell proliferation and cell survival and prevents cellular senescence.
