Description

  • Formulated as room temperature-stable solution in dropper bottle Tip and drip two drops per mL to stain cells Exceptionally bright far-red fluorescence well separated from blue, green, and red fluorophores Rapid staining of live or fixed cells without wash steps Ready-to-use liquid formulation: no need to dilute, weigh, or pipet Can be used for counter-staining, DNA content measurements, cell cycle, cell replication studies, and cell counting Excitation /emission of 638/686nm make it optimal for use with blue (Hoechst, DAPI, CFP), green (Alexa Fluor 488, FITC, GFP), and red (Alexa Fluor 594, Texas Red, rhodamine) fluorophores in multicolor experiments May be added directly to cells in full media or buffer solutions No wash, cell lysis, or RNase steps are needed In most cases, 2 drops/mL and an incubation time of 15 to 30 minutes will produce bright nuclear staining; however, optimization may be needed for some cell types, conditions, and applications In such cases, simply add more or fewer drops until the optimal staining intensity is obtained In most cases, staining intensity increases with time if cells are not washed prior to imaging Detected through far-red filters Cell Analysis, Cell Cycle, Cell Structure, Cell Tracing and Tracking, Cell Viability, Proliferation and Function, Cellular Imaging, Flow Cytometry, Flow Cytometry Cell Cycle Assays, Flow Cytometry Staining by Cell Structure, Flow Cytometry of Cellular Processes, Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization, Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunofluorescence Counterstaining, Mounting and Fade Prevention, Immunofluorescence Staining and Detection, In Situ Hybridization (ISH), Nucleus, Nucleoli and Nuclear Envelope, Organelle Tracing
