Description

  • Application: β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (β-NAD) has been used for the preparation of deacetylated tubulin.[1] It has also been used for UDP-glucose-6-hydrogenase (UGDH) enzyme activity assay of orital fibroblast cell lysates.[2]
  • Biochem/physiol Actions: β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (β-NAD) is a neuromodulator and an inhibitory neurotransmitter. It is an agonist for purinergic (P2Y1) receptors.[3]
  • Other Notes: Packaged based on NAD content as determined by UV-Vis.
