Description

  • General description: A series of Pre-mixed solutions of TRIZMA Base and TRIZMA HCl to provide commonly used pH values for Tris buffers. No mixing or pH adjustment necessary. Guaranteed accuracy ± 0.1 pH units.
  • Application: Trizma®hydrochloride solution has been used in Tween tris-buffered saline solution.[1] It has also been used in the preparation of streptavidin-alkaline phosphatase used for enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).[2]
