- Directions for Media Preparation: Add 2 capsules per 1L of purified water, such as BP2820 (Fisher BioReagents Microbial Cell Culture Grade Water)
- Then, add 4mL of glycerol to the mixture
- Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve
- Before use, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes
- Greater peptone and yeast concentration allow for higher plasmid yield Product is in capsule form Each capsule contains 24g of broth Format: Capsule
