Description

  • Directions for Media Preparation: Add 47.6g to 1L of purified water, such as BP2820 (Fisher BioReagents Microbial Cell Culture Grade Water)
  • Then, add 4 mL of glycerol to the mixture
  • Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve
  • Before use, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes
  • Greater peptone and yeast concentration allow for higher plasmid yield Format: Granulated powder
