Description

  • General description: The SYBR® Green Extract-N-Amp™ PCR ReadyMix is the specially formulated PCR enzyme blend contained in the SYBR Green Extract-N-Amp Plant PCR kit and SYBR Green Extract-N-Amp Tissue PCR Kit. It is intended to supplement these kits for researchers who perform more than one amplification per extracted sample.
  • Application: SYBR® Green Extract-N-Amp™ PCR ReadyMix™ or SyBr Green 2× Master Mix kit has been used in a real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT–PCR).[1][2]
  • Packaging: 1.2 mL is sufficient for 100 amplifications as described in kit protocols (20 μl total reaction volume)12 mL is sufficient for 1000 amplifications as described in kit protocols (20 μl total reaction volume)
