This lysis solution is a component of the Extract-N-Amp™ and the REDExtract-N-Amp™ Blood PCR Kits
- Application: Lysis solution for blood has been used for lysis of blood cells for DNA extraction prior to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification.[1] It has also been used for the isolation of genomic DNA for CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing.[2][3]
