  • ChargeSwitch™ gDNA Normalized Buccal Cell Kit uses magnetic beads with a unique, ionizable functional group whose affinity for nucleic acids is pH-dependent to facilitate nucleic acid purification
  • High-quality genomic DNA is purified at a normalized concentration of 1-3 ng/μL in a total volume of 150 μL (Figure 1) by eliminating the need for lengthy quantitation and dilution steps
  • Samples can be stored for up to 2 weeks at 4°C before processing without a noticeable loss in DNA yield or quality
