Description

  • General description: p120 Catenin is a cadherin-associated protein that binds intracellular proteins, such as the small GTPase, RhoA, and controls E-cadherin funcation and stability. Proteins of the p120 family and their isoforms are expressed in cells via alternative splicing, and all of them are essential for HGF signaling to Rac1.
  • Specificity: Recognizes p120 Catenin
  • Immunogen: Epitope: C-terminus
  • Application: Immunocytochemistry:
  • Quality: Evaluated by Western Blot on Hela cell lysate.Western Blot Analysis: 1 g/mL of this antibody detected p120 Catenin in lysate from Hela cells.
  • Target description: 90-120 kDa
  • Linkage: Replaces: 04-237
  • Physical form: Format: Purified
  • Storage and Stability: Stable for 1 year at 2-8ºC from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt, and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution.
  • Analysis Note: ControlHela cell lysate.
  • Other Notes: Concentration: Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for the lot-specific concentration.
