- Unlimited repair return service at our Depot Repair Facility, including all parts, labor and shipping costs associated with the service
- Priority overnight shipping (Domestic) and Priority International shipping (Canada) to and from our Depot Repair Facility
- 10% Loyalty discount on Parts, Accessories or Consumables for end user during active contract
- Contact our parts group at Unity Priority line 1-877-594-3224 and mention the Loyalty PACs program
- Base Coverage Exclusions: Consumables such as cuvettes, pipettes, flash drives, printer paper Computers purchased with an instrument are serviced by the computer vendor
