Description

  • General description: This support comprises the modified Rink amide linker attached via norleucine to aminomethylpolystyrene, and is an ideal tool for the Fmoc SPPS of peptide amides.   • Application: Second generation amphiphilic poly-lysine dendrons inhibit glioblastoma cell proliferation without toxicity for neurons or astrocytes: Uses Rink Amide AM resin with a 0.71mmol/g loading capacity for synthesizing amphiphilic dendritic amides. (Janiszewska et al., 2016).
