- Application: Sucrose Optical Rotation standard reference material (SRM) is intended for use as a saccharimetry standard, used to calibrate polarimetric systems.
- Features and Benefits: Accompanied with certificate documenting NIST-certified values of sucrose mass fraction and non-certified values of carbon and hydrogen mass fraction. Certified chemical purity values are determined using a quantitative 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (q1H-NMR).Certified values are metrologically traceable to the International System of Units (SI) of mass. The NIST certificate is provided with storage and use instructions.
