Description

  • Application: Ready for use in gel electrophoresis after dilution to working concentrations.
  • Packaging: Packaged in plastic bottles large enough to contain the concentrate after reconstitution.
  • Preparation Note: Prepared with Biotechnology Performance Certified Trizma base (T6066) and Molecular Biology Reagent EDTA disodium salt (E5134). Solutions also contain acetic acid (A6283); powdered blend contains Trizma acetate (T1258).
  • Reconstitution: Produces a 10× concentrate (0.4 M Tris-acetate, 10 mM EDTA, pH 8.3) after dissolving with the indicated amount of water.
