  • Features of SuperScript IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents include: • Ready-to-use pre-mixed cell lysis solution compatible with a variety of cell-types • Optimized performance for 1–10,000 cells per sample; results equivalent to those from purified RNA Note: This procedure is optimized for a maximum of 10,000 cells per reaction
  • If needed, volumes can be adjusted for cell numbers greater than 10,000
  • Using too many cells per lysis reaction can result in incomplete lysis and/or inhibition of RT-PCR.
