• The Mem-PER Kit effectively isolates membrane proteins from cultured cells and tissues using a simple benchtop microcentrifuge procedure
• Hydrophobic proteins having three or fewer membrane-spanning domains are effectively solubilized and isolated from hydrophilic (cytoplasmic) proteins using the three-reagent system
