• General description: Immunoglobulins (Ig) are produced by the B cells and play crucial role in host humoral immune response. A typical immunoglobulin consists of two heavy chains and two light chains. The two light chains are either κ or the λ chain. The B cells express one type of light chain during their life time.
• Application: Anti-Human Lambda Light Chain (Bound and Free) antibody has been used in surface plasmon resonance assay.[1]
• Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide as preservative
• Storage and Stability: For continuous use, store at 2-8 °C for up to one month.For extended storage, solution may be frozen inworking aliquots. Repeated freezing and thawing is notrecommended. Storage in "frost-free" freezers is notrecommended.If slight turbidity occurs upon prolonged storage, clarify by centrifugation before use.
