  • Application: Amino-terminal Met-FLAG-BAP™ Fusion Protein is useful for assurance of the functional integrity of ANTI-FLAGÒ M2 and M5 monoclonal antibodies in immunological procedures such as Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, fluorescence microscopy, light microscopy and FACS.
  • Biochem/physiol Actions: Amino-terminal Met-FLAG-BAP™ control protein is a 468 amino acid N-terminal Met-FLAG fusion protein of E. coli bacterial alkaline phosphatase (BAP) with a calculated molecular weight of 49.4 kDa. The Amino-terminal Met-FLAG-BAP control protein migrates as a 45-55 kDa band by SDS-PAGE depending on the electrophoretic conditions.
