LyticBLAzer™_h-FRET B/G Substrate (provided lyophilized) should be stored at -20°C, and protected from light. LyticBLAzer™_h-FRET B/G Substrate should also be desiccated. DMSO (for Solution A) and Homogenous Lysis Buffer should be stored at 22°C to 25°C, protected from direct light.The 150 mL kit is sufficient for 3,750 x 40 μL standard protocol well assays; the 3.75 L kit is sufficient for 93,750 x 40 μL standard protocol well assays.
