- Application: Pomalidomide-PEG2-C2-NH2 hydrochloride is a functionalized cereblon ligand for development of pomalidomide-based PROTACs. Allows rapid conjugation with carboxyl linkers due to the presence of an amine group via peptide coupling reactions.
