- The RiboMinus™ Plant Kit for RNA-Seq contains all the components necessary to deplete ribosomal RNA from plant species
- This improvement allows for up to 99.8% depletion of the major rRNA peaks in many plant species
- The RiboMinus™ Plant Kit for RNA-Seq is recommended for wheat, maize, rice, barley, soybean, sugar cane, sorghum, potato, cassava, Arabidopsis, tomato, tobacco, poplar, legume, and moss
- Additional plant species can be bioinformatically assessed by contacting Invitrogen
