  • PDZK1/NHERF-3 is an adaptor protein that regulates several membrane-transporting proteins, including cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR), multidrug resistance protein 4 (MRP4), parathyroid 1 receptor, somatostatin receptors 1-5 (SSTRs), human prostacyclin receptor (hIPR), 2-adrenergic receptor ( 2AR), mGluR 5, purinergic receptor P2Y1, CCR5, opioid receptor, corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1 (CRFR1) and serotonin 2A receptor (5-HT2AR)
